Gionee Elife S7

A few days ago, Gionee launched their latest smartphone. It is called Elife S7 and it has a thickness of only 5.5 mm. The new smartphone is available in blue, black and white color. It has a frame, around the phone, made from aluminum (aviation-level) and magnesium, so it should maintain the structural integrity of the phone.

The new S7 offers a dual-SIM support. It runs on an Android 5.0 Lollipop which has been customized with companies Amigo 3.0 UI. The display is 5.2 inches full-HD, Super Amoled. The resolution is 1080x1920 pixels and pixel density is 424 ppi. It should be scratch resistant, because it uses Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The rear camera is 13MP with autofocus and LED flash. This is the thinnest module of this resolution! The front camera is 8MP without flash. The connectivity options include: Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB OTG, 4G LTE and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct. The battery on this phone is non-removable, with a capacity of 2.700mAh. This should enable S7 to last one day. If you want to battery last more, you can use and ‘’extreme mode.’’ When on, it should make that last 10% of the battery last 33 hours and 45 minutes in standby.

Dimensions are: 139.8x67.4x5.5mm, and it has a weight of 127g. In India, it costs Rs. 24,999.
